i am looking to start a similar workout which is designed to build me up for football. my question is what supplements i can take to give me a lean body but yet is good enough for football. will this help me get big as a running back btw i’m 5’8 and weigh 135 2) for all exercises do i add weight every set or do i progress weight for the next training session for the muscle group. hey i am looking to get back into my running back shape and was just curious if you also had another weightlifting routine as well for running backs specifically. yeah, i wanna put on a bit more muscle but i’m looking to tone up as well.
