two garfield county deputy court clerks recently completed the deputy court clerk program within the county officer training program at oklahoma state university. the oklahoma county court clerk’s association instituted a voluntary certification program in 1998, which includes two modules: a management course module and a court clerk specific module. each court clerk deputy selects courses from each module as approved by the court clerk. the program must be completed within four years.
