if you’re unable to find answers to questions you have about the training program, contact us at 763-489-2217 or send us a message. once you’ve watched the video, you can register for class and pay for your training pass online. if you prefer a more personal experience, you can call the training school 763-489-2217. all students must be pre-registered before attending classes. our training passes function similar to a gym membership, in that your pass starts the first day you attend class and you’re able to register for individual levels classes throughout the duration of your pass without paying additional fees. students register for individual classes throughout the duration of their pass. students are able to register for, and attend, up to one class per day and can register for classes up to three weeks in advance. students graduate from level to level once they can perform each level’s skill set; there is no set amount of time spent at each level, allowing students to work at their own pace. yes, students are able to attend more than once a week as their schedule and our availability allows, and students can register for classes up to three weeks in advance.
dogs benefit most from class if they have rest days in between, so we recommend you wait at least two days before returning to class. all pets should be kept current on vaccinations in accordance with their pet’s licensed veterinarian’s recommendations. by attending training classes or playgroups, owners agree to the above terms and assume responsibility for maintaining their pet’s vaccinations while participating in ahs training programs. your pet needs to be free of signs of communicable diseases to attend classes. please watch for signs of coughing, sneezing, discharge from the eyes or nose, lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, or fever and do not bring a dog with these symptoms to class. unfortunately, due to the covid virus, we have to limit the number of people in our classrooms to keep everyone safe. at this time, only one adult human may attend with the dog and children are not allowed to attend. we are also unable to extend training passes for vacations or planned veterinary procedures, such as spay/neuter surgery.
